Dottie Hope

  

Laurie Sanderson (Actor, Writer, Producer) is a New York stage veteran. She made her film debut in Burt Reynolds’ trilogy Hostage Hotel, where she played a hostage Burt rescues. This role earned her a SAG card, thank you Doug Dean. She has performed at such venues as The Actors Studio, Greenwich St. Theatre, Irish Arts Center, Stella Adler Studio, and Playwrights Horizons Studio. She thanks the Writers Group; Gary, Geoffrey, Lee, Melinda, Mort and Will for their feedback and encouragement from day one. Dottie Hope was developed under the tutelage of Wynn Handman, to whom Laurie is eternally grateful. She sends her love and thanks to her fellow classmates and friends for their constant encouragement. Thank you Geoffrey Leven for the art design on Dottie Hope, you are a dream to work with. Laurie is co-founder with Steven Rinkoff in Pause Productions through which she is developing new scripts for stage and screen. She is a member of the Ziegfeld Club and The Players. Andrew Asnes a Graduate of Dartmouth College, has been seen in Contact, Jumpers and, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. From ’89-2000, he performed with The Paul Taylor Dance Company, and subsequently, Twyla Tharp Dance. His choreography has been presented at City Center Theater, The Guggenheim Museum of Art, SUNY Purchase, Pace University, and The Kimmel Center for the Arts among others. TV and Film include Across the Universe, Dancemaker, Great Performances, and The Kennedy Center Honors.
